SICKNESS / NON ATTENDANCE

No make-up classes are given for missed lessons due to illness or non-attendance. Two classes are offered weekly as part of the fees and available to all members (excluding Pre-schoolers).

INJURY POLICY

If a member sustains an injury that does not permit them to participate, we encourage the member to continue to come to class to hear instructions and join in to the best of their ability. If the member cannot attend class for an extended period of time, a request must be put in writing for fees to be reviewed until the member can return to class. A medical certificate will support this request. All requests will be reviewed on individual circumstances subject to the committee’s approval.

TERMINATION POLICY

Termination- Members must give notice in writing via email of their intention to terminate their membership. Fees will continue to be charged until written notice is given. The club is under no obligation to refund any fees paid to date.
