What to wear...

CLASSES

There is no prescribed uniform for regular classes. We ask that all members come to class in leotards or fitted gym gear with hair neatly tied back. Shorts and T-shirts are not appropriate for Physie classes, as the girls need to be comfortable to move freely, especially for the stretching component of the class. Ladies can wear something comfortable to class. There is a non compulsory club uniform and merchandise available to purchase if you choose.

No footwear for either classes or competitions.

COMPETITIONS

For team competitions, the girls will wear black long sleeved leotards or performance wear, provided by the club for a small fee.

For all individual competitions, competitors are required to wear a BJP approved leotard or performance wear. To purchase new leotards and performance wear visit https://physieshop.com/. The club also has a range of second hands BJP items available for sale.

There are rules about hairstyles and make-up when competing, which are enforced by BJP (See Members Portal, BJP Rules & dress code). If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

At competitions, it would be good to see the girls wear the club uniform. Optional club uniforms and merchandise can be purchased at the front desk.

CLUB UNIFORM
